Raven Edwards joined the Sweet Briar biology program in 2025. Before coming to the College, she served in various roles at the University of Alabama – Birmingham (UAB), where she also received three degrees, including a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. At UAB, she served as a graduate teaching assistant, research, and lab instructor, among other roles. Raven is currently continuing research on aquaculture techniques for sea urchins.
